What's Spirit?

• Spirit is an untethered jailbreak for iPad, iPhone, and iPod contact on the stylish firmwares.
• Spirit is not a carrier unlock.
• If you currently are using a tethered jailbreak, you hit to change to ingest Spirit. Do not raise if you ingest an unlock on an iPhone 3G or 3GS. (You can, however, change to 3.1.2 if you hit SHSH blobs for that version.)

Requirements

• Any iPad, iPhone, or iPod contact on code 3.1.2, 3.1.3, or 3.2.
• An reactive device: digit not stuck on the Connect to iTunes or Emergency disposition screen.
• Any edition of iTunes 9 (including 9.1.1).
• Syncing with iTunes before trying this highly recommended.

Step One
Download the Spirit Jailbreak from here and spend it to your desktop.


Step Two
Double utter the Spirit application on your screen to start it


*Important: If you hit Windows 7 you haw requirement to separate Spirit in compatibility mode for Windows 98. Before actuation right utter Spirit.exe and superior Properties from the contextual menu. Then from the Compatibility tab superior Windows 98 from the Compatibility Mode dropdown. Click Apply then Ok


Step Three
Connect your iPhone and advise the Jailbreak button.




Step Five
The Spirit app module then permit you undergo the jailbreak is complete.


Your iPhone module reboot and show you progress indicator. Once this finishes your iPhone module be jailbroken with Cydia installed!
