Is this box fake? Can't register

I had Cyclone box and worked very well, then I decided to acquire second one but from different dealer. It's called "Boil" in China. I couldn't run the newborn box since I received it, tried 3 life but no luck at all. I started doubt if this box is genuine or fake. Logs below. Please help.
