Using CDMA Phone 9550 on another carrier (MTCTouch Lebanon)

I hit purchased the Storm2 9550 and unlocked it to ingest it on the GSM meshwork in MTCTouch Lebanon.
I requirement support in a pair of things, but first of: my phone entireness dead (Calls, SMS) others not really.

1- In Phone Options I dont hit disposition Wait/Call Forward, though if i vanish my SIM Card and nervy the calls and then re-insert my sim card into my Storm2 the calls are forwarded successfully. disposition Wait entireness dead as well.

2- MTCTouch doesnt hit the assist books for Storm2, I subscribed to the BIS but couldnt intend it to impact on my phone (I kept retrying to run my phone through the Host Routing Table but to no avail).
Note that BIS entireness right on my Storm1 9500 - i proven to restore the assist books and ease couldnt intend it to impact on my Storm2

3- I cannot ingest WIFI to ingest the BlackBerry Messenger nor the Windows Live Messenger, nor Yahoo, etc... My wifi picture is grey and I read in the Tips and Tricks country that I requirement to resend my assist books but I cannot cod to issue sort 2
