no unlock for i8320,help?

i proven to unlock i8320.but its not going
show"waiting for test mode"
1:enter *#9090# and superior 2 with sim
2:Connect usb telegram to SPTBOX(no laptop),they intall utility by themself
3:select "pc stuido" on the mobile
4:select i8320,com for the box,speed:921600
5:select nulock,then FACTORY MODE
BUT dont go,show:waiting for test mode.
why???any vexation with it
help?pls???
