nfp file can't be opened

i got a difficulty with my mx key... It can't open nfp file... when i try it, it said "can't create folder: C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products"

im using v3.3 rev.1.4, it happened since i bought this mx key, since v3.2 untl today v3.3, can some digit give a resolution please? thanks... :)
