Problem in LG_2_02SC

Hello,

I m covering difficulty while unlocking in LG_2 module,
After loading boot 100% Message appears with error

"Phone Not Respond"

I analyse the telegram is OK, Getting the aforementioned communication with another phones.
I tried LG_2_01SC aforementioned message.
What crapper be the reason?
