When i essay to update OS code of instance remotetools show Waiting Device...... and really never connects to the clip.
When i essay to update the bill with latest downloaded edition Genie Suite 1.14a it gives me Driver Error:10
I crapper separate log.smx and connect to server. and instance is installed with drivers from c:/program files/GenieSuite/Remotetools/driver/ as u mentioned on whatever another place regarding this error.
Another detail i would like to add is when i click Update OS my clips turns chromatic screen and restarts.
