n73 all keypad notworking

dear mates,
i hit one n73 that difficulty is every key pad not working,set fully hang ,before i visaged this difficulty ,that instance i distant every attachment thermistors ordered ok,working good,but now...dear mates u hit some idea for this willing share me....pls..
