sometimes if we face this problem we thing it is hardware problem, dont think
so far, try this trick first
1. Erase this area 0x00000000-0x00FFFFFF use ufs or jaf or other box
2. then full flash with version 7.00 or higher
3. write good pm ( PM that I attached is tested )

another solution is just format user area, on ufs choose 6235i as product flashing, then press format, on jaf just press file system format
